Your retainer covers a set number of videos each month with priority turnaround times. Invoiced on the 1st of each month, payment is due (latest the 10th) to maintain active service. You get predictable monthly costs, dedicated support, and the flexibility to cancel with 7 days notice before your next billing cycle—no long-term commitment required.

Your monthly retainer guarantees we reserve dedicated capacity for your video allowance—meaning you never have to worry about our schedule being too full to edit for you. Each month you get your full allocation of priority slots, ensuring consistent availability. If you have inconsistent posting schedules or need more flexibility, our per-video pricing might be a better fit.

You can upgrade anytime and it takes effect immediately. To cancel or downgrade, you must notify us at least 7 days before the 1st of the next month (by the 24th of the current month), and changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Canceling doesn't void your current month's video allowance—you retain access to all videos already paid for in the current billing cycle. We're flexible—start with per-video to try us out, then move to a retainer when you're ready.

Each tier includes 2-3 revision rounds per video (not per month total). Simple Videos gets 2 rounds, Standard YouTube and Heavy Production get 3 rounds. We want you completely satisfied with every video, so revisions are a standard part of our workflow.
