We use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for professional editing. We have access to premium assets like cinematic titles, text animations, professional graphics, and a library of sound effects.
For music, we license tracks via Epidemic Sound for your project. Music is cleared for YouTube monetization. We recommend creators maintain their own Epidemic Sound subscription—this makes handling any Content ID claims on your channel simpler and ensures long-term coverage for re-uploads.
For Monthly Retainer Plans:
- Start: We'll set up your monthly retainer and invoice you on the 1st of each month.
- Payment: Pay your invoice to activate service for that month.
- Upload: Send footage anytime via the Upload page or your preferred method.
- Editing: We craft your videos with professional editing, sound, and color.
- Review: You receive private preview links to review.
- Revisions: Revisions included based on your plan. Share a clear list for fastest turnaround.
- Delivery: We deliver final files in your requested formats.
For Per-Video Pricing:
- Start: Upload footage via the Upload page or reach out first. We'll send a quote with timeline.
- Deposit: Pay the deposit to begin work.
- Editing: We craft the first cut (story, pacing, sound, color).
- Review: You receive a private preview link to review.
- Revisions: 2 rounds included. Share a clear, consolidated list for fastest turnaround.
- Final Payment: Once you approve the final edit, pay the remaining balance (total quote minus deposit).
- Delivery: We deliver final files after final payment.
We offer two flexible pricing models to fit your content needs:
Monthly Retainer (Best for regular creators):
- Simple Videos: $1,000/month (3 videos/month, typically 10-30 min)
- Standard YouTube: $1,600/month (4 videos/month, typically 20-45 min)
- Heavy Production: $2,400/month (4 videos/month, typically 30-60 min, complex VFX & motion graphics)
Pay-Per-Video (Flexible, project-based):
- Short Form: Typically 30 seconds - 3 minutes, platform-optimized for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram
- Long Form: Typically 10-60 minutes, full YouTube videos with professional editing
Monthly retainers offer predictable costs, priority support, and better value for consistent content. Per-video pricing is ideal for occasional projects. All prices are in USD.

Monthly Retainer Plans:
- Simple Videos: 3-7 day turnaround
- Standard YouTube: Priority 3-5 day turnaround
- Heavy Production: Custom turnaround timeline with 24-hour revision priority

Revisions are included with every project. The number depends on your pricing model:
Monthly Retainer Plans:

- Standard YouTube & Heavy Production: 3 revision rounds per video
Per-Video Pricing:
- Short Form & Long Form: 2 revision rounds per video
This includes adjustments to pacing, cuts, effects, sound, color—anything you want changed (within reason). We want you to be 100% satisfied with your video. Additional rounds beyond what's included may incur extra charges.
We accept payments through Wise.com. Preferred methods include bank transfers in your local currency or direct Wise payments. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Payment Structure:
- Monthly Retainer: Invoiced on the 1st of each month
- Per-Video: Deposit required before editing starts, remainder due after you approve the final edit

- After final delivery: No refunds on completed work.
- Monthly retainer payments: Non-refundable once paid. You may cancel to avoid future charges (7 days notice required before the 1st of the next month).
- If it's our fault (e.g., missed deadline, major error) and you no longer want the work: full refund available.
